Lee Ann Jackson has served as the Executive Director of Grace House San Antonio since 2016, providing compassionate leadership and a clear strategic vision for the organization. She oversees all administrative functions and daily operations, ensuring the nonprofit’s health and effectiveness while offering hands-on support to each resident. Driven by her strong faith, Lee Ann is passionate about introducing women to the love of Jesus Christ and His healing power. Her leadership fosters a peaceful, stable environment, empowering residents with the practical skills needed for transformation. With a deep commitment to helping those overcoming addiction, restoring lives, and building a Christ-centered community, Lee Ann’s work reflects her unwavering dedication.

Although a registered nurse by training, Lee Ann has spent over 20 years serving in the faith-based nonprofit sector. She has been married to her husband, Greg, for 39 years, and together, they have one son, Hunter. She is an active member of Lackland Baptist Church, where she teaches a Sunday school class for single mothers.
