LEE ANN JACKSON

Executive Director

Lee Ann Jackson has served as the Executive Director of Grace House San Antonio since 2016, providing compassionate leadership and a clear strategic vision for the organization. She oversees all administrative functions and daily operations, ensuring the nonprofit’s health and effectiveness while offering hands-on support to each resident. Driven by her strong faith, Lee Ann is passionate about introducing women to the love of Jesus Christ and His healing power. Her leadership fosters a peaceful, stable environment, empowering residents with the practical skills needed for transformation. With a deep commitment to helping those overcoming addiction, restoring lives, and building a Christ-centered community, Lee Ann’s work reflects her unwavering dedication.

Although a registered nurse by training, Lee Ann has spent over 20 years serving in the faith-based nonprofit sector. She is a widow and has one son, Hunter. She is an active member of Lackland Baptist Church.

Client Services Director

Our full time staff is made up of dedicated women with training in the areas of social services, ministry and leadership who have committed themselves to helping other women on their journey to recovery and transformation. With firsthand experience, deep understanding, educational expertise and a heart for service, they provide round-the-clock support, guidance, and encouragement to our residents. Drawing from their knowledge of the program, they serve as Godly role models, offering wisdom and accountability to inspire lasting change. Their dedication ensures that every woman at Grace House feels seen, supported, and empowered to build a brighter future.

In addition to our staff, the Grace House mission is accomplished through the work of more than 75 ministry partners, volunteers and community professionals who share their time and talents to encourage and equip the residents and graduates of Grace House.

With a shared heart for service, they uphold the organization’s values, ensuring financial integrity, legal accountability, and spiritual discernment in every decision.
